The legal routes
Pharmacy dispensing
With a medical indication for a medicinal speciality or a magistral formulation, the product is dispensed by authorised pharmacies. People treated only in the public system and with a medical indication have the right to free access.
Self cultivation
A patient with a medical indication registers in REPROCANN, signs the informed consent, and the prescribing professional links them to the cultivation. The result is a cultivation certificate from the Ministry of Health.
A third party or an authorised NGO
You can also register a responsible carer, a third party cultivator, or a civil association or foundation authorised by the programme, so someone else grows on your behalf.

- No REPROCANN registration, no ANMAT authorisation and no pharmacy tie shown anywhere on the page.
- Potency claims like 96% THC used as marketing, with no batch analysis, no lab report and no prescribing professional involved.
- Payment up front by transfer or crypto, no invoice, and no verifiable street address.
