Pásala has no investors and no ads, and we never sell anyone's data. Neighbors keep it running so browsing, posting and messaging stay free, including for people who cannot pay anything.

Payments run through Stripe. Pásala never sees or stores your card details, and your support is never shown publicly unless you choose the Amigx badge.

Privacy & safety

Do you store my card details?: No. Stripe handles the payment end to end. We only see the amount, the date and what you supported.
Is my support shown publicly?: No, apart from the Amigx badge if you pick that membership. We never publish amounts or supporter lists.
Who sees my email address?: Only us, in a private inbox, so we can reply. It is never sold or shared.
Can I cancel or get a refund?: Yes. Cancel any time from your account and keep the perks until the paid period ends. If something never activated, request a refund from your orders.
What about my data everywhere else on Pásala?: Contact details and personal data are locked at the database level for signed out visitors, not just hidden on screen.
